Planning Expert
DAY OF COORDINATION
My goal is for you to feel like a guest at your own wedding! I will oversee set up and tear down, as well as everything in between.
Your wedding day should be one of the happiest days of your life! My job is to make sure that happens. There is a lot of work that goes into planning a wedding, let me be your shoulder to lean on and help you create and execute your dream come true.
VENUE VISIT
This is a time set aside (prior to the wedding) for us to walk through the venue together and make a plan for your big day- so that all you have to do on the day of is get married to your best friend!
VISION MEETINGS
Having a hard time coming up with a “vision” for your wedding? I will help you narrow down what it is you are looking for to make your special day perfect! A vision meeting is typically about an hour each and the time is well spent!
CUSTOMIZED TEMPLATES
After our initial meeting, I will provide you with (3) customized templates for your event. Templates include a step by step planning guide (with dates) for each task in your planning journey, an overview budget template for you to plan out the finances needed to put on your event, and last but not least a timeline shell for you to build on as you plan your event.
BUDGET EVALUATION & PLANNING
Starting with my budget guide template, we will sit down and talk about what your overall budget is and allocated funds (based on current market rates for vendors) to develop a plan prior to reaching out to potential vendors. This will save you a lot of heartache before you fall in love with a vendor (or a dress) you didn’t plan for. !

Don’t have the time to research which vendors are out there and in your price range? Let me do the searching for you! For each vendor selection I will provide up to (3) vendors for you to choose from.
